The initiative Kids in Dance gives young people aged between 12 and 18 the opportunity to become involved in dance. During the Theater Spektakel, they are offered two events divided in two parts: Accompanied by the Kids in Dance team, the participants watch a dance performance. During a subsequent workshop, they discuss the show with one of the artists. Furthermore, the participants gain insight into other festival operations. In this way, Kids in Dance provides diverse, playful and practical approaches to dance during the festival. (rb)
