She is considered a highly talented, versatile and exciting song writer. Berlin-based artist Sophie Hunger, in her latest album «Molecules», has focused on the fragmentation of electronic music. This August, she releases «Halluzinationen», totally different to its predecessor. The album, characterised by immediacy, risk and passion, was recorded in one take. «It couldn’t have been more radical», Hunger says. The album’s qualities also translate into her gig at the Theater Spektakel, for which she is accompanied by drummer Julian Sartorius, pianist Alexis Anérilles and a five-member chorus. (zts)
